The work Clouds Meteoros by Lucy + Jorge Orta will be presented in the inaugural edition of the COPArt International Art Program ‘Still Possible’, a call for climate action through art organized during the COP31 United Nations Climate Change Conference from 9 to 20 November 2026, in Antalya, Turkey.

COPArt brings artwork from international visual artists into critical environmental dialogue within the Green Zone, an inclusive and participatory space which brings together the private sector, academia, civil society organizations, youth representatives, technology start-ups and innovators to share climate solutions, build partnerships, and showcase innovative projects. Beyond the playful aspect of the work, Clouds Meteoros (2015) carries an ecological message, the cloud calls into question how mankind will share the vital resource of water on earth designed to foster awareness around sustainability and climate action.

COP (Conference of the Parties) is the highest-level global climate summit held annually under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), which was adopted in 1992. Bringing together heads of state, ministers, scientists, business leaders, and civil society representatives from around the world, COP serves as the primary platform for negotiating and advancing collective action to combat climate change. COP31 marks the 31st session of this global process and will be hosted by Türkiye.
