- Concept: On the 6th December 2003, and to inaugurate the European Cultural Capital, Lille 2004, the city commissioned Lucy + Jorge Orta and French composer Pierre Henry to create an open-air concert in front of the Lille Opera House, the Chamber of Commerce and Belfry tower. Around 750,000 visitors took part in the night's festivities.
